Stability studies aim to assess the product's ability to maintain the desired physical, chemical and microbiological properties, as well as functionality and sensory properties, when stored and used under suitable conditions by the consumer. These studies provide guidance on the formulation of the product and the appropriate packaging material; optimize the formulation and the manufacturing process; determine the conditions of transport, storage, display and use; estimate and confirm the shelf life; guarantee consumer safety.
